Kamran Parandian, Esq.

Kamran Parandian is the founder and principal of the Parandian Law Firm.  Mr. Parandian is a dynamic, results-driven attorney with substantial immigration, corporate and commercial litigation experience.  He has represented and/or advised many individual and corporate clients on a wide range of matters helping them achieve success.  He represents clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, software, international trade, health, construction, and manufacturing.

Mr. Parandian spent his early years as an attorney practicing corporate law at a large New York firm, and then went on to grow a vibrant and successful New York area practice with a solid track record representing small to mid-size businesses and individuals.  Prior to that, he served as a judicial intern for the Hon. John E. Babiarz, Jr. at the Delaware Superior and Chancery Court.

Mr. Parandian received a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Waterloo in 1997 and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2001.

Iwona Bannon, Esq.
Of Counsel 

Iwona Bannon is of counsel at the Parandian Law Firm.  She practices primarily in the areas of immigration, corporate and real estate law.  Prior to obtaining her L.L.M at Cardozo, Mrs. Bannon completed a certificate program in international business and trade organized by the Catholic University of America.

Mrs. Bannon received her Masters of Law Degree from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Poland in 2009 and her L.L.M (concentration in corporate law) from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2011.
